New providers will be required to meet some additional requirements relating to qualifications and program delivery.Online programs will be capped at 20 participants to ensure meaningful interactive activities for children and young people.This includes but is not limited to paints, books, stationery, canvases, clothing, uniforms, leotards, instruments or other equipment.
